:joint: thanks n advance

Have you checked the soil ph. Shouldn't need any nutes to amount to anything for the first few weeks or so. Put as much info as you can. I find you get more answers that way.

I suspect the lesions in the last two pics are splash or handling injuries and not a deficiency. As for the N, it isn't severe, and my preferred strategy would be "water, do not feed; let the plant deplete some of the N on its own". cn

I say that because I had the same problem. small yellow spots, holes and cuts in leaves, sporadic burnt tips. I thoroughly examined my plants several times a day, looked all over the internet for answers, bought all sorts of fertilizers, nutrients, hormones, epsom salts, molasses, moved them closer to the light, further away, misted them, fan, no fan, humidifier.....

Then one day I bumped pots while moving the plants around and clipped a fan leaf in between. It didn't show any damage until the next day where the leaf tissue had decayed and left a hole in the leaf. Aha!

That made me think. Maybe I'm in here TOO much. Maybe they just want to be left alone to do their thing. I stopped checking every hour, stopped with the nutes and additives. Just gave them tap water when they were light. Kept the light at one distance (about 16" with 4 PL55w bulbs) and didnt touch them except to water.

Viola! No more yellow spots, no more damaged leaves, just good, solid growth. In moving the plants, I would inadvertently touch a fan leaf to a bulb or spill dirt or runoff on another. In handling them so much I would rub leaves, bump pots and overall just annoy them.

I took all the extraneous equipment out of the room, gave them some space and didn't worry if I saw one leaf edge turn 4 degrees. I didn't dump fertilizer on every yellow tinged leaf and most importantly. I stopped looking for problems. Amazingly, I found a whole lot less! ;)

Another positive result: The plants grow a lot faster when you're not checking them every half hour!! ;)
