You should not need to feed your plant for the first 2-3 weeks, you have blocked up the roots with (P) and (K) amongst others so the plant can't get any (N) ...to my blog for the fine art of the flush : https://www.rollitup.org/blogs/blog32237-flush-baby-flush.html

Imho you shouldn't feed a plant that small when you are growing in soil. How often are you watering it? They can get like that if you water them too often.

What is b&g soil?

If only one of them got nutes, I would vote for over watering.

Black and gold. . Pretty good brand that some recommend over ffof(which was my original)

I water every 3 days(that's usually when pots are light weight and the soil is dry 2"+ deep.

Also this was bagseed that I wanted to do a side by side experiment. The one next to it sprouted the same day but was given 0 nutes
