No not at all. mz12x is essentially sewage from Korea (since it is made there) and then filtered many times. Dimethyl ether I believe is the main ingredient. It is a isomer of ethanol though.

If you want food grade ethanol (that's affordable) go with Everclear or any other alcohol that is high percentage.
