unless you want to be sick.. not for food.... here a pic of the run .. been running since Sunday ..have a pic over half way and finish ....
i looked at this thing last week. thought it seemed neat

does it help contain any of the smell at all? i like it for its size, easy to tuck away in a corner somewhere while being used.

Hi - I am new to this site, but not others.
In the first 24-36 hours there is a smell that comes from the drying process, but it stops after that for the remainder of the drying period.
I bought a Herbsnow this summer and have used it for 3 staggered harvests - Each time I had to pull the buds after about 53 hours (not the 96 hours) - I have hydrometers that showed me that it worked great but dried much quicker in my home (I added a shot glass of water and it helped a little) -
The outsides of the buds are very dry but when curred in glass jars and humidity pack for 3-4 weeks and the buds are perfect at 62%.
I like that I do not have to worry about mold or mildew (I live in a wetlands area ). I am still dialing in the timing and other curring processes but I love this thing.
Not sure why it dries so quickly for me. I was told that I should let it continue to dry for longer (closer to 96 hours) by Herbsnow support, but I get cold feet when I see the stems snap and crumbly weed
