Mycorhizae-which type to use with mineral nutrients ?

Hello would mycorhiaze be useful also with mineral nutrients and adding Plagron Green Sensation in flower ? And also which type of those fungus would be best ? Some products like Great White are using mix of endo mycorhizae with trichoderma and bacterias also they are more expensive and other like Xtreme Gardening Mykos is using just one endo species Rhizophagus intraradices and they are saying that ecto has no beneficial effect on plants so where is truth ?

all of mycorhizaes are good stuff i am asking if it is better to use mix of 8 endo and 8 ecto mycorhizae species with bacterias and trichoderma or if it is like xtreme gardening says that ecto mycorhizae have no beneficial use for plants. Their product have just one endomyco species rhizophagus intraradices and cost like 3x less than product with that mix of species

He also was responsible for growing the mushrooms for the 2012 clinical trials regarding Turkey tail mushrooms and breast cancer. He specializes in all things mushroom, fungi, spores, and cultures. I personally have not used it, but have been recommended it by someone else on roll it up who said it was really solid.
