What's up RIU...I went into flowering last week and just noticed my timer is a few minutes off. I have it set from 7-7 but noticed last night it went off at 7:03...not sure if the A.M. Is the same or what...if it is a few minutes off will this drastically affect my girls?

Check the AM time. Its probably 703 too. An extra three minutes won't make a difference anyway even if its 7.

No. They will give you a few minutes every day.

My garden runs 24/7, I just move the plants in and out of a separate dark area twice a day. This takes a few minutes, and I am not having issues. In fact, I have two plants that I have been trying to hermie, and they aren't cooperating. I'm even hitting them with silver, skipping dark or light cycles, stripped them, and they still won't go. They look like shit, but they are stable.

There are a couple strains that are really hermie prone, and I've only seen 3 nanners on a plant that I was afraid to grow from past experience with it.

Yeah a few minutes is fine as long as you don't have light breaks to the problem of trying to hermie have your tried hot cold stress?

God i hate spammers^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^. Report that idiot ( I just did ) and stop worrying about the timer. Your plant doesn't tell time, it only knows "periods", hence being known as a photoperiod plant. You could flower 12/12, 12.5/11.5, 13/11 etc etc. 12/12 is just easy. Did I mention I hate spammers ?
