I had a fun go at getting the watering down. I used to get made runoff and now I'm giving the girls exactly what fits in the pot. Ph was never as much a problem as saturated soil. Took me 3 months to figure it out, LOL.

3 months to figure out how to water a plant? :p could have just asked here you would have your answer in 1 day tops xd but hey, live n learn

Indeed mate. Without the right tips and the general overview of the habbits of my plant, I would still have sprayed the buds and then smoke muld.


Ps I'm open to new tips about the fastest way of germinating seeds(considered to you, which one you have tried and seen as trustworthy.

Honestly I get a 99% germ rate using the "damp" paper towl in a baggie....but...I place my baggie on my Linksys router with a black lens cloth over it to block light. I've sprouted numerous bagseed and the GHS Lemon Skunk that I just germ'd. The Skunk only took 12 hours to crack and at 24 hours they were planted.

Spanky's Monkey you're right mate; never thought that executing the wet paper towel on a hot surface (like a router) would make things better!!!
It really speeds up the proccess!

Thanks for the rep. I got the idea from the heating pads they sell along with those cloners. I'm a total DIY guy and a McGuyver fan if you remember that dude. Long story short I tried using the DirectTV DVR but when you shut down trhe box it gets cold. My router is always running so it made the most sense to use that. Just doing the best with what I got.

Back around post #100 there was discussion about adding more light. I'm curious why nobody mentioned buying a few of those Cree A19 2700K and 5000K's? The Crees are more efficient than CFL, and capt. morgan seemed to have gotten pretty good results. He added a few tools but the Cree's (bought at local Home Depot) constituted his main light source. Maybe you don't have Home Depot, or any other source for the Crees, where you're at?

As far as using your router to heat seeds, I hope you're not tossing the bag right on the top of the router and blocking the vents? Find yourself a small rack, or build something out of some scrap chicken wire, that keeps the seed incubator bag a few inches above the router. Otherwise you're going to kill your router. Then you won't have your seed heater or your google.

I totally agree with this ^.. I dont have Home Depot where I live but I ordered a 6 pack of these from Ebay. a little bit pricey with the international shipment - 15.2 bux per bulb, but Capt. morgan proved that it is well worth the expense. Can't wait for them to show up. :leaf:

Thanks for the router concern but no I don't need to block the vents to heat my seeds so my router is my tool of choice and 100% safe. Hey, thanks for trying though. You're not the only guy in here with half a brain.

Considering to my amateur opinion I think the bulb is not more than 10 cm(roughly) from the plant. Though some people had doubts that the plant will ever make it as soon as I have trimmed the leaves, but now it is proving them(and me) the oposite.

Back in the days I just simply used to place a baggie with cotton and seeds in it and put it in my sun shades case(all black and light proof,then stored in a room temp climate like an unused cupboard or something).

Once again thanks for the support and I will do my best as soon as I run out of the decent financial shit that I am in, I will try to upgrade my growing area.
I should also start thinking about any ''flexible and easily moveable'' growing options as soon as I leave my current place.

I am sorry about non keeping the topic alive so far, but personal commitments ate all my time.

Anyway I have 5 branches and today I cut 2 small buds to try it out after drying it in the microwave(old school)
It is decent smoke and makes me high a bit(got munchos) and thats pretty much it.

I am waiting for further grow support after you see that post and tell me if its time to cut the bush

Red, I think you have done a great job, with a lot of help from others on here. I was amazed after seeing the condition of the plant from trimming to what you have now. Great restraint on your part and good luck in the future. Now germ those seeds get them growing.
