lol my old landlord hated me and my friends, at least when it came to everything besides MJ! I left a half O of cannabis in the fridge and forgot to take it out before my land lord did a final check of the place. He took it out of the fridge and was like, hey you forgot this. I said it wasn't mine out of fear it was a trap. But he just laughed and tossed the bag at me.

Make sure that you dont ask, or let them tell you about their grow. Knowing a grow going on at your property is conspiracy/abetting. And if they did happen to get caught, and they sing that you knew, you would probably be going down as well... or atleast a good search warrant. If they did happen to grow, the investigators will call you and ask you etc... They must first try to find out if you were involved... If they dont think so, youre in the clear.

Deny it, Deny it, Deny it!!!!! They could never prove that you KNEW they were growing. If OJ could get away with a double-murder....

One time I was growing a medical marijuana plant and the apartment maintenance (aka labor-ready tweekers) came into my apartment while I was at work. I got a frantic call from my land lord, saying, "Is this a MARIJUANA PLANT in your house??" To which I reply, "Yeah, and it's legal, so don't you fucking worry about it okay?" *click* end of conversation. The dumb bitch demanded a copy of my medical marijuana paperwork later in the week, and then I told her, "sorry, no." She tried to get her management involved, and after all the harassment was finished, I told them I was going to file a harassment lawsuit against them. They got a call from my "lawyer" (my mother haha); they ended up waiving all my deposit fees (the apartment was trashed when I moved), and they also settled with me by giving me 200 dollars in addition to the deposit. See what standing up for yourself does? It always pays off to be somebody's worst nightmare when they make life a little difficult for you

Anytime, PAL. Maybe you don't realize that my apartment complex violated my lease agreement by searching through my apartment illegally. I was entitled to everything I got. very good advice the best way to pretend you dont know anything is to legitly not know anything

then again if it was me i would make sure they are not growing alot, i knew a land lord who got locked up becouse his renters had plants in almost every room.
he knew about it but thought it was just a small operation. i forget how much time he got tho

Im almost positive you would be fine.. ive had roommates get busted for growing and nothing happened to me they just took my bongs and what lil stash i had.. i was able to get off claiming i had no fucking idea..


I dont think my lanlord cares either.. he saw my bong on the coffee table and has reports about joints on the deck.. and he didnt say shit!

one thing you have to watch out for is some states are starting to charge teh landlords for the clean up of grow op also make sure the electrcity bill is in there name
