Hi

I have 11 OG Kush plants that I got as 3 weeks old clones.
Since they already were too tall and un-even, I cut the main cola and got even canopy. 4 more wweks past and I have 4 colas on each plant shooting up, but they are still tall.

After researching all the tecniques, I decided to do supercroping.
The stem of my OG's are very stury and strong, so after trying to soften it up with my fingers I didnt really get much.
Still after a while I did what you see in the picture to about 5 of my plants.
I did snap one pretty hard. Allthough I didnt hear "snap" itself, I (and you) can see it in the picture.
Please comment on what you see and tell me of a good way to recover from that brake (in one of the pics). The cola is barely holding up by the skin.
Also, I heard that it is better to do suppercroping right after watering - please comment.
Thank you all

IMO you went to far down the stem, i always supercrop right near the tip where the stem is soft and supple.

When you super crop you want to stay a little higher but not at the very top IMO.Say 1/3 from the top..Pinch between your finger and thumb then bend. Also a reason for staying a little higher is when you supercrop it will create a lot of weight/bud....if its too low you will have to hang up a lot of your plant. you may be able to save the one you broke or maybe try to make a clone.

Thank you guys. I taped both, and I understood about going to low. Now, for those stems that I cropped low, I will add a bamboo sticks to help them carry the weight when they flower. They should rebound good but I learned the lesson.
I also wanted to ask you guys. On average, how much more yeald do you get after you LST or suppercrop versus not doing anything at all?

Thanks
