Water only when top soil is dry. stick a finger in the soil, if ti feels dry, water. You can start adding nutes in some 7 days from now.

PS: what soil are you using?

here are some pics of my set up were the light and fan are all 5 plants and the one were my leaves are starting to curl the most.
they are in a biobizz allmix soil under a 400w dual spectrum light 85cm away the fan is 40in above and temp is between 80-85 when light is on

That looks like a temp problem. Also, even though you have a temp problem, the light is way to far away and your seedlings are stretching. Best thing to do if you really don't want to lower the light, paint the inside of the cabinet white or get some mylar.

Also, try adding another fan. It's ideal for temps, humidity, co2 and general airflow that you install 1 larger fan for intake and 1 smaller fan for outtake.

Also, I hope you're not misting. Even though they're seedlings, you shouldn't mist them. The drops of water that form on the leaves will heat up and will cause spot burns or even worse.

looks to me like the problem is the lights are way too far away from the plants if they stay that far away your gonna stretch the hell outta them, youll have a 5ft plant with about 10 nodes on it :)
if u cant lower the light then just raise the plants up :)

Lower your lights makeing sure not to have them to close that it will burn tops put your hand under if it feels to warm higher just till it's nice and warm. And i would have to go with the over watering or under watering to many people get into a habbit of they have to be watered everyday only water when the soil is drying out you will find that this will give the plants a far better root system make your plants search out any water there till you water them. Some time's you may only have to water them 5 time's out of the week or you may have to do them every day check them every day though.I also water my plants just b4 lights out if u r on 18/6 or 12/12 so you nutes are not just getting wasted by the light evaperated by the lights this will give your plants time to soak up all the goodness.take it easy.
