My Sour Tangie was suprisingly more potent this go round

Let me throw this one at you guys. I bought a pack of Sour Tangie a while ago. Grew 3 and was very impressed with the yield. Potency was excellent but not par with like a kosher kush. Meaning you were able to function. Got 34 oz from 3 plants. vegged for 8 weeks. they were 6 feet tall.

Now comes this last grow same set up, same soil same everything except for I double my light for 6 hours during flowering. Room is just large enough for 1000 hps but I added another 1000 hps for just 6 hours in the middle of the 12 hours cycle. Also I use veg+bloom dirty but this last grow I tried their 2 other products +life and +size. Yield was awesome just like the last grow but the potency is much stronger. anyone who has tried it always comment how they cant function at all when they smoke it. It is noticeably more potent.

So what do you guys think? what did it?

I had added the extra light because i thought it was going to improve the yield



P.S. Sour Tangie is bad ass.

So light or the different ferts?

Was it from seed this time around? You could gotten a stronger set of seeds. If not it was probably that you grew it more smoothly the second time around giving the plant more opportunity to build THC. Just a thought..

Set backs during the grow process can significantly affect potancy.

I did not have any set back in the first 3 of the pack of 6. It was the same method except for the added light and using a bloom fert with some bacteria additive on the second grow. I think I will grow my next time the same way with the added light and of course the fert since I already have them.
