Sorry Granny. Hopefully he can recover well, and soon enough to go down under and get away from the shananigans of the street.

Much love

Granny that's awful. What a worry for any parent. Things happen out here in barca but not like that. A girl I know got her jaw punched at her front door in a bad snatch last week and someone else had a knife pulled on them in a street robbery. My time is coming prob. These crimes had a purpose though, they weren't empty malicious acts of spite. I've never seen really bad road rage either. I hope your son recovers fast. :)

No I don't think it did he had his T shirt on so the wound was covered, but he's got an appointment tonight with the nurse he's going to mention it to her.

Too busy sticking needles in their arse then nodding off and burning themselves with cigarettes....they are up to no good and fear police involvement... Would be wise to set up a surveillance camera of sorts.

Tonight their has been a major confrontation between the guy his family and mine, the guy sent word that he and his smack head friends were coming to give my son a beating, instead of waiting for it all to kick off my son gathered his mates and the two gangs met along with the guys father and my husband. They did a lot of talking and swearing and shouting but eventually calmed down enough to talk about what happened. The guys father didn't know about the knife and that he had used it on my son, he was not best pleased about it nor was he pleased that my son had given him such a severe beating. But knowing about the knife helped him realise why the beating took place, both parties promised their would be no more trouble, they didn't really shake hands but agreed to a truce, I hope and pray that things will calm down now its very frightening watching it all unfold but the outcome was good. :peace:

Not big on the cops but they are here for a reason and this is it!!! If the punk gets away with this he is likely to kill someone next time, you have a responsibility to protect other future victims by reporting. Also keep in mind the next time it could be you, your son, or someone you know.
This can't be the way to deal with it. You are the first line of social defense, not police. The police take at least 10 minutes to get anywhere. 10 minutes is like 4 hours in a reg fight, and like 2 days in a gun fight. You'll never last waiting for police to show up. Know and exercise your right to protect yourself and those you choose to defend. By not standing up to shit like this, your enabling the bad guys to scare you and others. I don't think you need to kill everyone, but in circumstances like this the dude deserved to die. He had no regard for human life, and your right that he will try to do it again. It wasn't a fluke like, "Well i got pretty wasted and tried to stab a dude outside the pub, I should probably call and apologize" .
I say you had a right to future victims to end that ones life, and make the world a safer place for all of us, hero.

Let's hope that this can be put to bed without anyone else being hurt. I can only imagine the torment you've been going through.

Just the best,
WW

I hope it all works out and it stay's calm but life has taught me otherwise. Tell your son to watch his back it won't be the end of it.

If the smack head got a good ass whipping "Trust me he'll want to get him back!!" That's just how young people are.

I wish I could say different and I hope that is the end of it, but I highly doubt it.

Just telling it how it is!! I've been through this shit before...
