Looks good to me. But if your hood is air cooled I woul run the filter to it then hood to ducting leading to fan. If not air cooled you got it right.

Thanks peep's it's not air cooled lighting. By box size a take it you mean fan box, i ve not bought the ventilation part just yet just checking it's all gd b4 i buy. Any advice on box size 5" rvk only herd about boxing fan in today so not sure i've read best method bagging ur fan then put in box n fill with expanding foam that sound good? thanks
