couple things i would like to suggest.

make a piece just like your walls for the top so the light is reflected downward

also get the light closer or they may stretch.

what wattage cfl is that?, depending on how many turn outr to be female you may want to invest in another one, also some smaller cfl for side lighting later may be worth it.

all in all looks like a sweet setup man +rep

Its a 250w cfl blue spectrum, all seeds are female accept one thats
3white widow x big bud
1 ch9 jack
1 pure ak
1 candy kush (regular)
the cfl is kept lower i just had to raise it to take pictures of the seedlings
I have a reflector but its for my 600w hps (budding light) and the reflector plugs straight into a 600w ballast so i don't wanna blow the cfl bulb
Any ideas on what to use to make the light reflect from above the bulb?
ps the seed which has sprouted is 2 days old (yes it was born on christmas :) )

Looks like the open side is a door correct? I would either close the door and hang the bulb vertical,
or build a sheet metal reflector/hanger. I would start with a piece of either 4" or 6" ducting (the metal stuff you can buy at home depot, comes open and you close the side to make ducting, dont close it and it makes a great reflector) now figure out how long you want it, add about 3-4 inches to this and cut to length.
Now take and cut alone the excess line (the extra 3-4") about 1/3 of the way in on both sides. Now bend this down in the same direction that the sides of the ducting piece face.
Then cut a hole to stick your bulb socket through, and figure out how to attach to the sheet metal, may be tough but with some carefully considered cuts you can do it am sure of it.

Yes i did the same before with my 600w hps and the heat built up inside of the box and roasted the plants so i have been taking it easy so far i know the cfl produces alot less heat but i still want to be sure.
I am going to upload a video of my loft and post the link in this forum for anyone to give ideas, i have a whole empty loft the possibilitys are endless and i have no problem from flir cameras as there is a nice air flow in the loft coming from all parts of the roof, not one gap with all of the heating flowing out for the flir to recognise, snow stays on the roof etc... everyone who posts with advice gets +rep

Do you have an area for flowering or are you just going to use that little box with your 600w?

Sorry, I'm stupid. You avatar looks like you have a lot of room to deal with. Ever think about sectioning it off with poly plastic and line the walls with poly plastic? You'd get much better light + it would be easier to keep clean.

from the second pic it looks like the rest of the roll of your reflective material is under your plants, this might be helpfull later but for now i would just cut out a piece of cardboard and toss some of that reflective material you already have on it, then hang it above the CFL somewhere so all the light that the CFL is pushing up is forced back down onto the plant. other than that looks like you have it setup pretty nice, if your on a budget maybe use cardboard to build a room instea dof just the box then line the room with that reflective material you have, will give you more area to work with (later down the road when plants get bigger for now keep the small box as it contains the light better)
