My set up alright? PLZ help

Ok, soo this is my first post to rollitup, no longer a virgin... ive been reading alot about growing and info on every little detail... any way

we have a small closet, 3 pots im in my 1st week+ 3days growing. sprouted and are about 3-4 inches tall... Im using 2- 120 watt Plant lights with Blue tops... untill i have enough for the metal hilide, but im wondering any tips untill
i get them, will the 2 120 watt lights keep em growing and how close should i have em above the plants.... And many people have their own way and stragies for watering.. how much is enough water? Any Tips and stragies?!

Would have to see the pictures but can you split the bulbs and have four? Keep the lights as close as plant will let you, hold your hand under if it is too warm on your hand too warm on plants do you have a fan on them?

no theyre 2 120 watt bulbs.... and no fans, but good insaltion... should i run fans? if theyre so young?
