My seeds have just popped

my seeds have just popped, theres a little nub pokin out, should I plant them right away, or wait till the tail is longer?

c'mon, I thought this would be a quick answer.

you can plant it but its best to let it germinate til the white sprout is like 1/4 inch.

Just plant the thing.
