My second Grow - Comments pls

Hey all this is my second grow. Only one plant which is a feminized seed from greenhouse called Church.

My environment is 50% humidity, 80deg temp, ph 5.8. Using canna coco and the canna coco nutes. I been playing around with the nutes as i nute burned a couple of times.

I think i may have made a little prob by putting in a 15ltr pot rather than to a med size first. As i had nute burn the next time i watered. Also its now about 7days between watering bcos i think the containers are to big, is this a bad thing?

I have now trimmed and topped it twice. The first time i did then there was about 7 nodes, counted 4 down then lopped the top off. Second time did the same. I have also encoutered nute burn after topping, should you not fert for a few days after topping?

Please take a look at a few of my pics and let me know what you think. This is 10weeks old now, small i now, but i had a few probs as i said above.

I topped and fertilized with no problems but I was on low dosage then. Always water for your plant not ur pot. Check out the link in my sig to see mine. topping stunts verticle growth for a min too so thats why they still small on ya. I LST mine.

looks to need bigger pots too soon. Topping increases root size. You need some 5 or 8 gallon buckets In my opinion

Didnt realsie the roots grow more with topping, thanks for the info will keep my eye out for that.

With my watering i have been waiting until the top 3inches or so is dry with my media, before i water again. My therory was to give the plant a little dry time before i rewater again. Is that not the correct method?

thats the way to do it. or go to walmart and get a 5 dollar moisture meter for soil
