I can see how you can mistake it for that though because the branch is totally horizontal making the calyx turn upside-down. Thanks for all the REP guys, this is only my first run with cfls and its lookin good so far. I think the plants I have in veg are going to turn out even better because I cut, rooted, and planted my own clones and they're looking so nice.

nice grow bro!! are u using a vanity fixture for your bulbs? im working on a rubbermaid as well, but I got a 4 light vanity fixture that I was going to put on top of the box.. the only problem is that the box of the fixture states 60W and I was planning on running at least six to eight 42 watt cfl's(2 into y sockets).. do you think that I'm gonna cause a fire? should I buy a fixture that can handle more watts?

Yea I would suggest using some kind of fixture with more watts because you dont wont to risk it. I just use clamp light sockets. Some of these buds are getting pretty fat. Ill post some pics tomorrow.

thanks for the info and I'll look into the clamp light sockets as well.. are you doing the SOG method for your grow? how long are you vegging before you turn to 12/12?

My current flowering plants are not sog but the ones in veg are. Im gonna wait until about 3 weeks or so before I flower them. I also cut off all of the branches because I just want one fat nug on each plant.
