these are some pics i took today of the beds ive been making. i put some paint on them to try to camo them a bit. i may put another color of green in there three tone camo works best. anyway im running behind schedule i was hoping to have them filled by now. i made the smaller one only six inches above ground but its deep thats a paint stir stick in the hole to give you an idea. im planing on mounding the dirt high and planting autos in the little one so i didnt think they would need as much depth. never done autos. i also hope to do two harvests with them. who knows plans might change. tonight ill be hauling soil untill i cant anymore. its a bitch getting it to the spot. i haul it half way in the bales then put it in backpacks to make the rest of the journey as it gets pretty thick.i was hauling the bales all the way but after a half dozen like that no more of that shit. cant see the branches coming at you.

i'm impressed, looks like you've done some planning. i don't understand why you didn't just plant them straight into the ground, but i def. want to watch this grow. what's your water source? does the water stay pooled up like that for long? rock on!!!

no its a wet area thats why i use raised beds so they dont drown in june. plus its hard clay after 16"-20" and i want them to have all the space they want. these are the biggest ive built i usually build them big enough for two or three plants but i felt like i can get away with putting 10-12 here. no choppers where im at they havent been around in years. by the end of june it will be dry here and i will have to lug water just like any other spot. ive got some holes dug in the ground to but i didnt think those were interesting enough to post. but if something grows nice out of them i will, cool? ill post some pics when i get them filled and put some plants in them. it snowed here yesterday my season does not start till end of may.

some newer pics of my progress. the big one has 8- 3.8cu ft bales of sunshine mix and lots compost,50 lbs of worm castings. ive yet to fill it full a few more loads. is i do 5 loads in a evening im blasted. guess i should have stuck closer to home. the second boxy one is on area ive used before you can see dirt from the past on one side but its been idle for a few years.and i doubled the area this year. i plan on mounding this one up high.its closer to home so should have it full soon. bought mexican bat guano to spread in these areas and have earth juice ferts and some fox farms. we will see what works the best. in the past ive prefered earth juice and its cheaper to. my estimated date to put out is may 21st.peace

no they tend to stay away from here there are no corn fields or big open areas close by. in my county they are broke they may send the chopper up for one day the whole season and that is to check out areas they have tips on. in the last 5 years there has not been one near this area plus we are not a county known for cannabis production nor any drugs for that matter. its dairy farm country and one of the smallest populations in the state i live in. im 33 and have never had a problem.knock on wood. i have some big pots and containers and some iranian autos and some lowryder x ak 47 if all else fails. this will be my first year trying autos. also my first year with an all seed grow in quite awile. i hope the work pays of. but if for some reason it does not i cant think of anything id like to be doing better with my time.

yea no clones this year both myself and my partner got married and you know what happens then. dont get married if you can help it. youll loose your freedom. funny how she was all for the smoke before we had our child. but she wants it safe and i can go with that .the area with the long boxes is about 15-20 minutes from where i park.and the other area is a ten minute walk from where i grew up. my mothers. she is an old dead head so she is cool. i have a day job so im usually tuckered by the time i get home, but in the end its worth it. actualy its alot of fun

well every seed im using this year is something ive never tried. im used to using clones but things got messed up in the last year. so ive got myself growing now some mandala#1,hymalayan gold, biddy early,mk ultra, iranian autoflower, mango, and 1 of each-ww,trainwreck,cheese,super lemon haze, bubba kush. and i have some lowryder x ak47 i have not started. the iranians were just started but the mandalas so far look the best by 100%.the mk ultra is in second place for looks. but they are only 12 days old today. ill post some pics if anyone cares im in the opinion looking at young plants is sort of a bore so i have not bothered. i was waiting to put them out.my season starts at the end of may.
