my plants want bud in soil or dwc

my soil plant is 2.5 feet tall and want bud white hairs are showing but then turn brown or red at ends everytime in my dwc system or soil. need help shit is rediculous.
there under a 400 hps light

you think lights or nutes[

A picture tells a 1000 storys for fuck sake man mine looked better than that when i went to a party on a friday and it didnt finish till the friday after.Flush your plants with just water leave out any nutes get the water around 5.5ph flush them 4/5 times get all that shyt out of your grow medium.Then don't give them anything till they are nearly dry 2/3 days the water that you flush with will take that long to disspurce.Iwould start on a pretty low does of nutes to start and build up till your on full ammount but it aint looking good cocker.

they have died but i have a new grow in ebb and flow and they are greener and healthier than ever. want pics
