Well arent u a special kind of rude. For one this is my first time at aquaponics wich is diffecult to stabilize but once stabilized i put my first 6 harvest on the fact that it will do better than ur hydro. Again if ur not here to offer helpful advice why dont u try keeping ur damn mouth shut. Im bout positive u wouldnt talk like that in person so why dont u show some damn manners. And most cruel my ass. Once balanced it is completly healthy and kinda how nature intened. I dont pretend to know everything as that is why im asking for advice to help solve the issue. Unfortunatly only two people have offered helpful advice. As for the last coment. I have two 55 gal drums filled and holdin a total of 20 goldfish. Some shubunkins some comets but there goldfish wich i chose because of there resiliency to infection and tollerance of water quality. My only guess is that nobody on this site has experiance in aquaponics much less aqua-aeroponics. So i think im on the wrong site to be finding this info. My fish are stocked according to the info by the pet store. I havent lost a single fish so im not hurting or killing them they swim around and are loving life and minus there dislike for pellet food everything is fine with the fish. Just never mind im deleting this accou t
There is an aquaponics section in one of the forums i think, you cant delete accounts though, waaaay not allowed, something about democracy and crap site rules idk. Before you run your plants through your fish tanks maybe try to hit certain set points for nutrients and water quality as well as a tried and tested plant system, you want to hit the ground at least with a stride, better if you start running.
There are some great additives for aquaponics, a google of some threads will yield you a ton of knowledge and especially ideas and fixes to your problems than we every will, at least in the short term.
Im sorry you dont like the advice about the fish and plant health, its quite well known amongst some here and been brought up that the animal welfare is numero umero priorite. As you havent shown this but only some very sick plants and a blurple light i have not really said anything apart from the recommended spiel.
Of the top of my head aquaponics systems are not as productive due to a heavier management of the nutrients and vastly more complex system/s. It is reasonably unheard of for cash croppers and big yields, more something sustainable with a view to world food shortages and modern technology unlocking redundant farming methods. Certainly the Chinese like to culture fish for market in their rice paddies and other cultures have made their uses of aquaponic techniques, not so reliant on the fish as growing plants in man made tanks as you are trying to.
Your problems overall seem to be that the environment and nutrients are waaay of, those plants have had issues since germination, it would be far too technical a stab in the dark to bring that down to any one or few single issues.
Good Luck
