My plant's leaves are heading downwards, what is its problem and how can i help it?

Be patient and water only when she needs it. Start going by weight on when to water, be sure you have good drainage.

What medium?
It looks overwatered.

I'm going with too much water as well, and the medium looks dense.
I would also ditch the foil. Better off laminating some bright white copy paper, and taping it to the walls.
Hope you don't have it sitting on a cold floor. Sit the grow box on a crate or something to help keep heat in there.
