Okay, so i have several little seedlings(approximately 12 weeks old) , about half of them are doing fantastic, the other half of them however not so much which is odd because they are all the same seeds, soil, environment etc. basically identical in every way. They are not dying so much as just kind of sickly looking(tall and lanky and the first set is beginning to turn yellow) and simply have showed no progress in almost 4 week. Any input on what might be causing this would be appreciated

You need to provide more info, what lighting are you using?
What kind of soil etc etc and pics would be good also.
If they're lanky sounds like they are searching for the light so maybe your lights are weak or too far away.

N def. might be the problem. What kind of nutes are you using?
Dont bother with the same things. The only reality is every plant is different than the other.
So, they have different needs ;)

Without pics, and a description of 'lanky, yellow, slow/ no growth', I would GUESS not enough light for starters.
Pics will help us help you.

Okay more details, they are outside in a greenhouse(forgot to mention that), they are in 2 gallon pots, my own mix of soil(basic potting soil chicken and steer manure blood meal worm castings sand and gravel in the bottom), and yes 12 weeks like i said alot of them are right where they are supposed to be, About 8 inches, bushy and looking healthy. The others just arent growing like they should. Ill try and post pictures here today, thank you

Just using that stuff, is really hard to control portioning of N,P, and K.
Also, if you have some smaller plants that are working on roots still after transplanting, you will notice foliage growth slowing.
Regardless, you mention 8", and at 12 weeks, that is still small.
Here's a pic of one of mine going now, at 49 days old, still vegging and LST'ing.
That is a 5 gallon pot I just transplanted into.April27SD49daysold_zps1683e7cd.jpg
