My Plants Are Grwoing Too Tall They Are Getting Heat Stress Dont Know What To Do

my plants are growing too tall and the are getting heat stress from my lights it kinda looks like nute burn but its not they are tjust growing to tall into my lights

LST the plants? Don't really get what your asking but that would control their height.

How far are you into the cycle? Are you still in veg or bloom? What kind of lights, and distance? If you still are in veg (or beginning of bloom), top your plants, tie them down, bend them. What fertilizer are you using? What medium? Maybe you could cut back on your light-cycle, ex 10/14 instead of 12/12, or 18/6 instead of 24/0? Give some more info, and it will be easier to address the problem. pictures? But to much heat is a killer, very bad for you, my friend.
