How far up should I move the light? And yes. I have 2 600 watt mh 2 600 watt hps and 2 fixtures. I ordered a cool tube but I have to cancel it because I just figured out its for 250 and 400 watt bulbs.

That open reflector is way to close for a 400 on some sprouts.

In a big area, 24-36" is a good place to start. In a tight area 36-48" would be a good place to start.

Not only is your humidity low, an open reflector HID will further reduce it while adding heat, not to mention those cups are too small for an hid that close.
