My plant won't drain

Hey guys I have 1 of mine that I didnt use enough perlite in and now it wont drain. Problem is that I am 30 days into flowering. I know that it is possible too transplant this late if I am really careful, but are there any other options? I can't just leave it right? If it wont drain the roots will begin too rot, correct? Very worried and I need some advice.

how has it been ok and now u want to change. ? Put extra hole all around the side and bottom this should give roots more air to dry soil

i took care of it. sand and dish soap. its draining well now. thanks
