My plant isnt growing

i have two plants one is 2 days older and its such a gimp and then the younger one is growing like a champ here are some pic could anyone help me out they are both over a week almost 2 weeks, the one that is growing faster is a sativa and the gimp is indica does that play a part

Sativa usually grow to be considerably taller than indica as far as I know. As to whether or not it affects growth as early on as the seedling stage, I don't know.

what type of light are you using and whats the distance from the tops?
