i had another plant growing in a separate cup and it’s growing splendid but this poor soul isn’t looking so bright i put it under a pink light in a tin foil box hopeing it would help any tips?!?!
my plant is just starting and it’s growing weird any tips please!?!?!

Lol that's just the helmet, seed shell, It will come off. Spray it and keep it wet to help the plant shake it off

the one on the right is the one i showed before and they were planted at the same time i was just a little worried it was dying

If I see what I think your sprout still has it's hull from the seed. That needs to come off ASAP. The best way I've found to get it off is using tweezers. Squeeze the tweezers together enough to slip the point into the crack in the hull and let the them open to split the hull.
More than likely if you try to just take it of you will damage the plant.
When I see this it's more than likely that the seed was germinated in a wet towel and then planted with the tap root pointing straight down. By nature the tap root starts up and then turns down. That drags the head of the pant up, kind of upside down and pulls the hull off.
If you just soak your seed and the drop it into a hole about 1/2 inch deep the root will find it's own way down.

sorry i had a hard time understanding the part about the “hull” so was you saying that its a good idea too try and take it off myself or will it just die ? i’m new so i don’t understand most this stuff

Both sprouts still have the shell attached......one worse than the other.
Spray with water to soften, then very gently pry off with a toothpick or tweezers........don't leave any membrane either.
If you don't remove them, your sprouts may not survive.

Spray this one again so you can pick off the remaining membrane.......it's that yellowish/brownish flake on the stem.

these sprouts have barely come out of the ground, i would have just left them the hull almost always comes off on its own.

pic 2 looks like it still has the membrane, since you picked the hull the membrane wont come off naturally most likely, you may have to take a razor and split them.

The one on the left looks great........good job.
The right one still ha a little membrane left preventing the leaves from opening. Soften with water and you should be able to easily remove it.

I should just tell you, normally one cotyledon grows slightly bigger and tugs the hull and sheath off to one side, then as it grow it drops off. Normally i would never intervene in this unless its stuck, i personally think the plant benefits from the exercise of de-shelling, thats just me. I have to add also , that you are already panicking and over thinking and to be honest over loving your plant , and thats like the #1 way new ppl kill their grows

Just make sure the pots are not sitting in runoff water, and can drain completely. Put them up on blocks of wood to raise them a bit.
