I've been growing indoors for about two weeks now, and my plant has started turn yellow and has shrunk. I'm sure it's a nitrogen problem, is there any way I could help it? Looking or the most simple solution.

Get that tin foil outa there...it's nothing but trouble.

You do NOT need nutes untill those rounded leaves called cotlydons fall off...that's when it enters the vegetative stage. Those little leaves store enough of it's on food for the plant to survive for the frst 2-4 weeks.

It cold be your soil...are there any nutes in the soil itself? Info would be handy...as there could be NUMEROUS possibilties.

There are no nutes in the soil, I'm using some sort of manure/soil mix, I'm guessing it's a soil problem, I'm going to invest in some better soil and a new pot for it.

Using tinfoil is a big no no, They make pots to buy them not to be in display haha.

Also get some FoxFarm soil.

Probably your soil with a bad pH. You need to measure it with a meter, try ebay. Or you can use other ph test kits but they aren't very accurate.

Or water logged soil.
