My pants are getting to tall for my room and not budding (help)

ive been budding my pants for about a week, and they are still growing taller and no sign of bud yet. i have a 600 watt bulb that has been set for 12 hours a day. Also im very limited for space and thay are getting very close to the light i cant move to a diffrent room so each morning i have to clip the plants a bit to keep them away from the light as thay burn is this ok or not please help if you can thanks

stop clipping the plant, just tie the branches that are to tall over. The buds will still grow plus lower buds will get more light.

What so you mean tie them? do your mean tie them away from the light so they lean

yes.... tie them away from the light, do it slowly ( a little bit each day) though so you don't break it.
