if you can say YOU ARE then it is spelled "you're".

I don't think THEY'RE ever going to understand because THEY didn't pay attention in school and THEIR parents never helped them with THEIR homework.

How bout those that say yawl? And here in Philly we say yous as a plural. Like how yous doin?
