My new grow

I have room for one row of plants im doing 10 purple #1 fem. It is about 3 feet tall and at a slant ( which is why im doing 1 row). what should i get I dont want to spend over 150 dollars.

this is also in an attic so the temp is cold and will stay cold for a while so heat wouldnt be a problem im worried more about cold.

what lights?
I want something that can get about 6 inches away which i dont think will be hard with the temps low (about 55 degrees)

I already have the spot covered with plastic and is disinfected I also have a surge protector and a timer.

When the lights are off you also wont want it to be too cold as that can cause problems for the plants as well.

How big is the area? If u dont want to spend much then the best bet would be CFLs

Im using CFLs for my plants they cost at most 20$, I got two CFLs for 12$... So far everythings looking pretty damn good
