MY new experiment...

I made a Rubbermaid grow tub, Lined with Mylar, added 4 6500 42 wall CFL's...I'll add more light when it's ready. And 2 new plants in Hempy buckets, 1 gallon milk jugs...The plants are about 10 days old and were ready to leave the paper cups anyway. I wet the pearlite first, let it drain added the plants...so I am hoping for the best.

it all sounds good but 1gal pots may be to big considering the ammount of light you have. and adding more 42w CFLS is gonna throw your temps up, what kinda ventaliation you got going on?

It's just a test for now, But I do have a high speed server fan for outflow and a hole for intake...may need more...but it's a work in progress...I do plan on using this as a 2 tub stacking system, so 2 gallons might work...

Did you wrap or otherwise cover your milk jugs to keep light out?

Sounds like it will work just fine, maybe more lights for flowering.

No do I need to? can I use some of this Mylar?

Temps ran over 80 with the top of the tote on., I need some better ventilation...I have the 2 gallon plants and 8 solo cups in the tote. Wow what a difference in growth last night between the ones in the tote and the ones under the light. I'll post pictures later...

Here's a question, Should I stay with the white plastic on the walls or change to the Mylar, I plan on using the room for flowering soon.

Yikes... IDE go more lights now of I was u... Check ur temps ... I got 13cfls in my stealth grow... 2 200watt 2700ks, 7 75watt 2700ks, and 3 75 watt 6500ks... Over 25000lums... But then again I'm flowering... IDE still up it! Just manage ur heat. Heat stress plants suck..
