My New Door!!!

so I'm in a rental,,and couldn't fuk up there door,,so I bought one,,at Home DePOT,,30 bucks,,then I bought two bathroom vent fans,,good for 45 sq feet each,,40 bucks for the pair,,my closet being 12 sq feet,,this should do the job,,the pics are nothing spectacular but I'm pretty proud so far,,and owe it all to the fine peeps at Rollitup for the knowledge I have gained,,it's not complete yet,,but I gotta do a beer run,,and thought i would show off what I've done so far

ok,,here's the door with the intake fan mounted right to the door,,the upper HoLE will be the exhaust,,the fan for the exhaust will go in the top of the closet and flexhose will come through the upper HoLE and go to a nearby window to get rid of bad smelly air,,good thing I'm on the top floor of a 3 floor building

What is that black fitting in the door? Did it come with the bathroom exhaust?

Also what size is that drill bit and hole? Will the bathroom fan I buy indicate what size hole I should need? I will probabyl be going to home depot.

yes it's a small adapter that is attached to the fan,,you can hook up flexi-tubing to it,no it doesnt indicate,,but i can tell ya it's exactly3 inches round

That'll work! You're only a few bucks from adding a DIY activated carbon pre-filter system to that setup and you'll knock most of the smells out.

tell me more Constant,,took a bit of searching and i found carbon filters available from Home DePOT from 40 and up,,,took a lil longer too figure out DIY,,,hahahaha,,,,so how do I DIY it,,or are ya sayin buy one

yes, basically that. However, your will have to be square to match up to the exhaust fan. Unless, of course, you build your own adapter to go with that scrubber. Good luck!

ok too set a couple things straight,,I'm already growin and there flowerin got 2 fems and an unknown still,,I am doin the door cuz my plants were a lil wilty after a no light session with the door closed,,I'm on my first grow and am still learnin,,,as for stealth it doesn't have to be,,my self and my woman are in an apartment using a closet in a spare room,,i got no worries,,on top floor,,anyway,,today i got the flex hose and a shiny silver tube to go through the door,,wich I can attach the flex hose too,,one bathroom fan in the top of closet beside the ballast,,with tube to door,,and the other fan attached to door on outside,,someone asked what kinda light earlier,,it's a 430 watt Son Agro by Phillipsthe pic here is why I'm doin the door,,she's a Big Bud strain,,6 weeks 1 day old,,flowertime19 days,,showed on 3 rd day,,but she's lanky,,,and almost 55 inches tallthink she was around 35 inches when flowertime started

so here is my new replacement rental door,,built too ventilate,,flex hose is connected to a 45 sq ft bathroom vent at top of closet,,then goes too door connector,,then out to window,,,at bottom of door is same fan,,blowing fresh clean loving grow up air,,,,,,,into the closet,,this replacement door supplied by The Home De POT,,,and all it's fittings cost a total of 80 dolla,,,a small price to pay,,,when you got your light for free,,,from a buddy,,

it's an hps light,,and I'm still waiting on a new reading as my light has only been on two hours tonight so far,,before it was high 90's,,was gonna wait till about 4-5 hours to get a reading,,the HoLE thing is werkin great so far,,
