how high is the light above the plant.
it is stretching soooo much. i would be purchasing some CFL's. your normal house bulb is whats making it stretch so much.

do you have an adequate fan on them. that will strengthen the stems of what you have atm.

you should seriously invest in a couple CFL's they are insaneley cheap and the quality of light your plants will get them from blows incandescent house lights out of the park

That is alot stretching. And it could just be me but it seems kinda thin?
Do you have a fan running?

i am working on the fan part now.. have some computer fans that i am tryin to hook up.. but doesnt seem that they can jsut be hooked straight into a wall socket without frying the fan

the light is about 6 inches or more above the tallest plant.. i have some cfls i was gonna put in there but dont have a way to raise and lower my light so i figured itd be best to wait until they got about how big they are now..

will one cfl be enough? or do i need to put more than one in the cabinet?

its easy enough to rig a light raising / lowering system with string and a key ring even if you're just going to have a couple CFL bulbs hanging down, just tie off / wrap up the loose end somewhere and it will act like a pulley. I like the sun lift system (many diff brands). Fairly inexpensive, good investment.

your going to need more than one looks like your in a decent sized cabinet or grow box there and have a hand ful of plants your gonna want a bare MIN of a half a dozen even 12 would be better good luck with the grow the bulbs are cheap you can a 6 pack at your local wal mart for 13-14$ and 17$ for teh daylight CFL's youll want for vegging which is what you should be using now

once you get the CFL's bring to about 2-3 inches from the top of the plant. that will stop it stretching more.

let us know how it all goes. would be interesting to see how its growth pattern changes with a better lighting and fan system.

the cabinet is only about a ft and 1/2 wide.. and 2 ft tall...
plants will have to be moved sometime soon to a bigger place..
but as of now.. with these small of plants..

Just with the fan problem. You said you had some old computer fans, if you have an old powersuply for a computer you can use that to power them. Just need to create the circut. google it but i think its about the 4th and 5th green and black wire. stick a wire or a paperclip in them and it will work.
