My new 600 watt hps bulb rattle's is it broke

My new 600 watt hps bulb rattles. Is it broke???
I've no power lead to check if it works

So is it normal for a bulb to rattle a little when gently moved.
There's no bits falling around inside but the noise sounds like its coming from the
connection of the bulb.
I think its a growlux says mabe in belgium on bulb

It's normal weed ninja, the rattling you hear is from the metal bits that move around.
