My mother plants are budding need to put back in veg

Just wondering why my mother plants are budding there about 3 months old full mature and now they just started budding I have my T5 set at 24/0 just wondering how to kick the back Into veg . My room is alittle cold at the moment but I've never had an issue please get back to me with some advise ! Thx

you sure that mother isn't an autoflower?

How could I tell if there autoflower I think they would have flowered Earlier and they havnt showed any buddin till about two week of moving then into a new room
