my marijuana plants leave????

my marijuana plant is 8 days old and its growing to new leaves and 1 of the leave in the middle it has a brown spot why?
and it is yellowish why?
i have outdoor in the day and indoor at night with a 60 watt light bulb is this bad 4 the light or should i just leave it outside?burn it
also the other 4 new leaves are coming out yellow why?

I think someone peed on your plant outside =-( lol

Provide pics and more details...

Make sure that the seedling is not being burnt by the light. If your going to use sunlight make sure the plant has some shade at least. Since last time i left my plant in full sunlight in Summer and dam that shit died in hours. It took 1-2 weeks until only one seed sprouted out of my peat and currently its around 43+Days old and around 15cm tall from the stem. That ain't very big too, but its probably due to that it had less light at the beginning so to fix that im going to veg it couple of weeks longer than expected, and that i know now that my plants are getting enough light on them than b4.

what kind of 60 watt bulb?? CFL?? that does make a difference.........
