My Lowes Grow Cabinet/help with curling leaves

I recently found out that Runt J was living in a high PH of 7, and was showing zinc def. and actually damaging her leaves. But it's been about 2 days since the big flush, and now her PH is about 6.7 and she's getting better. as you can see, I am posting more pics to show you guys and gals where the leaves that were all curled up slowly getting better. Some leaves are still fucked up, and I was wondering if I should just top or fim certain shoots that are fucked up? I also was wondering if I should SCROG her or keep doing the tie down style I'm doing?

here's my game plan for now:

1. I'm going to wait a couple more days so that her leaves get better.
2. Then I'm going to try and clone atleast three branches. I don't know if I should try and use Rockwool or straight Fox Farm Ocean Miz Soil?
3. When I clone those branches it will open up more areas so I can tie down more branches to get more colas.
4. Veg until all new shoots start to get taller so I can get bigger colas??? Not sure if this is true.
5. When the shoots reach about a foot high then flower? or less?

thats the plan, any comments???

I tried bending on a couple of plants and got 5 colas off 2 stems(an already topped plant) all of the colas were fairly uniform but definitely took longer for that plant to get as big as my other plants and the stems off it were def smaller than on a non bent/topped plant not sure if i yielded any more or less though but it took more time
as for height i think that just depends on your grow space
