I have been doing some upgrading in here recently and sadly the girls inside have suffered due to this.
All but 1 of the plants in here are sativas from 2x mother clones I took last summer and the mothers themselves are also in here now (it is summer here again now) before my outdoor plants started flowering.
400watt HPS under Reflect a wing hood.
2x 105watt 6400k CFL's (60lumes a watt) on the sides under some diy hoods.
1x desk fan for moving air around.
Insulated ducting from intake to floor.
1x 165watt 20cm (8") (800m3/h, 470CFM) Inline fan hanging off some rubber for ventilation.
200watt 220v variable motor controller for fan (running it at around 65% full speed).
Insulated ducting going to a "silencing box" I made with wood and memory foam attached to vent hole in wall for extraction.
Walls covered in Mylar, floor in some silver packaging material I had lying around.
Floor itself has a 15cm thick, aluminium sheet coated piece of polystirene on it wall to wall to stop heat from building up in the concrete and heat from escaping through the floor in winter.
