Hey guys, I usually turn my lights off at 10 at night and put them back on at 4 in the morning. I'm on an 18/6 schedule.
Sometimes I go to sleep and wake up a couple hours early and I put the lights on. So sometimes their getting 20 hours of light except 18. Can this cause a problem?
