every time I try to bring my clones outdoors they go straight to flower and I end up with a tiny plant I understand why they do this going from 18/6 to 14/10 light schedule outside but what do I do about it?
Put a light on them for 3 or 4 hours every evening after you have put them outdoors, doesn't have to be very bright . Like a porch light. When they get to the size you want, discontinue the supplemental light.

Leave 'em inside until flower seems reasonable in this case?
Or ask the sun to shine a little longer but I think you're gonna be falling on deaf ears in that departement.
