The only thing I got planned is a lawyer . When I was in the lockup before I got bailed out the head cop said that I would find out who gave them what they needed for a warrant and it was someone close , he also said If there was retaliation it would be bad for me .

like Jack said, with a PublicDefender your going to have to bring a lot of shit to their attention, pick things out, ask questions. his biggest job for you is to file your paperwork properly.
Idealy you get a GOOD lawyer, and i mean the guy who knows everybody in the courthouse, and plays golf with the judges on sunday.

I've lived in TX for half my life and take it from me - TEXAS IS A POLICE STATE!!!. Fuck that place, it's nothing but a Republican fundamentalist's wet dream. Honestly I'd never go back there. The place scares me even when I visit. Cops seemingly EVERYWHERE, murders, rapes, etc.. filling up the first 15 minutes of the local news broadcast everyday. Shit.
But btw, I'm with some of the others here when they're suspecting the tip came from or indirectly through your wife. Anyways, what city or county are you in? You are being extremely vague with the important details.

We will see for sure where the tip came from later this week but I already know . No one asked if he knew anything about it . But I was asked if my wife knew . But they never asked about him .

You have the freedom not to do illegal stuff (even if you don't agree, it's the law), the freedom to hire a good lawyer and plenty of rights that could work in you favor so you don't "suffer" that much. I can assure you could be waaay more screwed in other countries where "freedom" is a more ambiguous concept.

It's most likely I will have no use for this site after all this . Unless I move to a legal state . Which will be probably a long time , probation or jail . Doubtful to beat this . Unless like Jack said I can beat the search warrant . The judge who wrote it is pretty tough and good at his job from what a friend who works in bail bonding says . Too bad he doesn't know something that could help me . Plus these courts are crooked as can be here . Too bad I met a lot of cool people on riu , but this site is for growing and there will be none of that for me . Goodbye .

No I will get the full search warrant info this week . And please do not ever tell someone info that can identify you , your address or any other shit - this is to anyone on here . This shit will probably cost me around 5 to 10 grand before its all done . Any idea how much weed that could buy ? Not to mention I could lose my house and bussiness over this shit if I go to jail I'm done . No bs growing in a state thats not legal just doesnt seem worth it .
