My growing friends cant tell me whats going on. Can Anyone?

Plant is Durban Poison. Sorry about sideways pics. I saved them correctly and they keep uploading sideways.

Plant was Vegged for about 2 months and clipped for clones and repaired for 2 weeks

Tent is a 36"x36"x72" Milliard

Plant is 3 weeks into flower on 2-22-2016.

Water Schedule Feb 2nd 600ppm ph65
dry soil Feb 6th 1300ppm ph65
" Feb 11 1000ppm ph64
" Feb 15 1000ppm Ph65 (each watering is 1 gallon, which produces about 2 cups runoff)
" Feb 18 1300ppm Ph65
" Feb 21 0ppm Ph65
Low moisture Feb 24 1300ppm Ph64

Soil: grow with Foxfarm Ocean forest in 5 gallon squat pot.
Nutes: Entire Foxfarm line 9 bottles liquid 3 containers dry crystals
Feed using FoxFarm feeding chart at about 1/2 what chart wants like everyone told me to.

Plant leaves have been drooping like they are for about 2 weeks. Stems are Purple and leaves look like they are not getting enough nutes. But I'm worried I may be over feeding.

I am using Legit Mars Hydro LED full spectrum lights 600watts (not the fake cheap knockoff)
I also added 1x60 watt energy efficient spiral light to the tent 2 days ago.

As you can see in the picture that shows left side of plant is where I had a fan blowing very lightly.
That side of the plant looks worse. Wind burn?

Tent temp is 78 degrees F at the top of plant and 74 at bottom.

I know you guys don't like these lights on.. but its the best I can do to add more light.
All pictures are very large so you can zoom in if needed.

Durban poison is a true landrace sativa big and very branchy. A true sativa comes from somewhere hot and dry and most likely in soil that is dry dirt, rocky, sandy, or all the above. Some things that they all have in common is they are dry, porous ,quick draining and mostly devoid of nutrients. So I suppose maybe cut back the feeding ,back off watering and let it really dry out. I've grown this strain and others and this is how I prevent issues with Sativa's. Of course this is just my way and by no means gospel

Sounds logical. It looks as if it is overwatered even when I let it dry out like other strains such as blueberry. I will let it go another day or 2 and see if it gets better looking or worse. TY.

I think probably overwatered. You dont say anything about airflow and I cant see any in your pics, you need a fan in there to move the air around. If you vegged for 2 months and and flowered for a month was it in the same 5 gallon pot? If so that could be causing you problems being root bound.
