I Got 2 125 Watt Lights Up Top & 2 13 Watt Light Closer. I Have A 1x1x3 Grow Box with1 Plant, Am I Good ?

Yeah if you want a tiny bit of smoke for a good couple months work. Its good for a first timer.

Thats nearly 280W for one plant, reckon you wont do to bad to be honest! All depends on your air temps and circulation, medium, nutes, ph etc etc....

Guessing yield is about as silly as playing in traffic. That's enough light for one plant.
