Ok thats good to know, I was scared of hurting her. yeah, their trying to come out the bottom, I just watered today around noon, so i'll give it another hour or so and then i think im gunna transplant her.

you said earlier she has a lot of sativa in her? its bag seed, blue dream or something like that, but to be honest i never really believe what people tell me, except sour D's, i can always tell when its d's.

yeah well if you do stress or hurt her a little it wouldnt be a big deal she wil recover in about a day or 2. yeah she has some skinny long leaves. i also thought it might be sativa cause its a bagseed might be some mexi weed. i guess i think that cuase im near the border haha i have some bagseeds of sour d waiting to grow it out tho haha i saw you mentioned yeild. it would be hard to tell. but i see you were interested in but sites and looks like getting them pretty even. i topped and lst'd mine to make my canopy pretty even kinda like yours. i have 8 main bud sites/colas and they all range in size. the two top ones are deff the biggest. but im looking at about a half to 3/4 of a o. hopefully more. just to give you an idea. but you can see how it goes in my thread its in the cfl section aswell. i have about a week or two till harvest

I just tried running a butter knife along the edge of the pot, its very wet ha, i may have to wait until tommorow, because the pot is so small i have been watering a lot more, i figure if i cant give it enough room for all its roots, i should try and componsate for that by watering a little more. its funny you mention your thread, i just looked at it, and i read through it about a week ago ha. its awesome, and your buds.. look sooooooo dank.

haha yeah if its wet it can be very messy and stick to the pot more. you just have to be careful of root rot if the soil is always wet. its good to let it dry out before the next watering. haha thanks man. you could even use a "pot" like mine i used a little storage container thing and fit right into my box. it keeps it short and has alot of room for the roots.

with a little more knifing she came right out. i looked around my room right after i took another look at your set up, i have this Bud Light bucket, ( i stole it from a bar ), its around 1 gallon, maybe bigger, gunna give her plenty of room to spread her roots.

haha nice. but there is a slight problem... there is no drainage holes. you could maybe nail a hold in the side. you could still transplant it back out since the roots havent really grown much. idk how much of a problem it could be. i dont have real drainage holes since they are on the sides so no water ever leaves. it might just help in allowing water to go down in the soil but others have problems saying it can create root rot easier. i have a small flower plant on the porch in a plastic bottle with no holes and that thing doesnt have any root rot. just a little warning.

you probably didn't need to transplant. once they start to flower, their root growth slows to almost nothing. most of the growth/energy is put into the buds and other above ground parts of the plant. but looks like she survived fine. and that's funny you're using a beer bucket, bud light at that. 'this bud's for you'...

I'm not too sure how much your roots are gonna like that metal. Seems like there'd be some sort of reaction, not to mention that's probably not stainless and is gonna rust.

I just lined the inside with some tarp, hopefully that will solve any problems with the metal.

I just want to show off my lighting set up, i have one of those lamps with the adjustable, bendy arms. its great because adjusting the lights is extremly easy.
and in case your wondering, the batman cap sheilds the lights from my eyes right when i walk in and is kept far enough away from the lights so there is no chance of it catching on fire.

Its sort of my little on going joke that because i keep that vanilla air freshener in there because i wanna try and make vanilla kush.

the bendy lights are cool. and would be awesome. you could try making soda can reflectors for them and reflect the light that is facing away back toward the plant. there pretty easy to make

soda cans eh? sounds handy gunna try that. I need it to be a little more stealthy, so im gunna take apart the drawers to that dresser and put it inside it. ventilation is going to be interesting to work with, but im sure ill get it.

yeah there is a thread about the soda can ones in the diy section. nice that is what i did and it work pretty good. not super stealth when on but stealth when off. i use pc fans for ventilation
pc fans are about 10 dollars new and on amazon they have a 4 inch fan its kinda bulky but works good and its only 5 dollars with 50 cent shipping

I have a pc fan, i just need to hook it up somehow, got it out of my old xbox.

I had a little problem last night, i woke up at 5am this morning and noticed my light on. when i check the timer it looked like i accidently flipped some of the hours, and my lights were on for about 2 hours in the middle of the dark cycle. naturally i imediatly googled it and it looks like i could have just made her a herme... :[

you can use an old phone charger spliced into the fan power wires to run the pc fan. just make sure it's equal to or less than your fan's rated voltage

You will burn out the fans quicker with out the right voltage they need , you can go to fry's or RadioShack and get a 12v power supply for under 10$ and do it the right way

or you can get one of these bad mother fuckers and do it real right, lol. more expensive of course, but someone on this site actually told me they use them and i bought one and I'm incredibly happy I did (feels all proper and shit).
