My grow set up I need help

Hi growers!

first time grower here.

I have my Girl Scout cookie plant and critical orange punch plant here in my set up,I had them in veg for 3 weeks and then switched to 12/12 a couple of weeks ago now but they was in smaller pots but I was having some problems which was leading to them being nearly rootbound so I transplanted them into bigger pots today but as my plants are getting bigger I feel like my led light is not gonna get light to the whole of both plants but I do have a big cfl bulb with a reflector but I’m not sure whether I should switch to that now my plants are getting bigger so I need your peoples opinions and help whether I should switch over to the cfl and reflector?

I’ll add some photos of my setup at the moment, it’s only small as it’s hidden and discreet so I’ve tried to do the best I can with what I have

thanks guys

I would add both if at all possible and that light probably will not have the intesity or quality light to make the plants grow the way you want them to, definitely looks like you could use more light, never really had much luck with purple LEDs lol great for vegging plants but no flower power... get a 400w hps in an open wing reflector, thats more then enough for your tent and 2 plants and you will see a much nicer yeild from that and higher quality herb as well. The better quality and care you give it the better it will be

Thats a micro tent with a micro ceiling, don't think the HPS is the route to go. That would be 100 watt per sq, ft.
Overhead clearance is limited, so the filter inside the tent is going to limit adding a second light.
Maybe move the filter out, and add a second board at 2700k spectrum for flowering.

I have this big CFL bulb with a reflector I’ve added a photo, would this light be better

By the way, to get a better idea of your light distribution you should get a light meter or a cheap 3in1 soil tester with light setting.
You check the values at different spots in the tent.

I'd save that bulb for seedlings, it's perfect for them. Lots of blue and warmth.
You want something flat, compact, low heat and with more red for flowering.
Thats the route for micro spaces

Besides the spectrum being different, intensities look comparable; with a cheap light meter you would see the lumen output in all areas of the grow.
I'd use both with the cfl nearer your tent door to make use of the reflective back walls. The LED pointing down is more efficient with less lumens lost.

It’s just a cheap led grow light off eBay but the cfl lamp came with a grow kit I purchased
Even without specs on the led light, if your going into flower cycle, I would use it just due to the fact it is full spectrum with blue and red. CFL is decent for veg but it will under achieve during flower.

everyone’s saying abit of everything to be honest I just want a clear answer whether I should stick with my led light or swap to my cfl bulb

You're just not understanding. You need to look at: Spectrum, Lumens, Wattage.
Spectrum as in are you growing seedling, vegging and/or flowering?
Lumens as in light intensity hitting the plant?
Wattage as in how much it costs?
Let that sink in!

Once that is understood you have to deal with any heat generated and along with the environment in your grow...
Not being there is hard to tell if the LED that looks like it could be used to flower is actually for seedlings or if the cfl is giving you better coverage.
