My Grow in only Perlite

Hi, this is a thread for my grow in only perlite. I've seen others try this with hits and misses. Figured why not try myself. 300312-1734.jpg Thought i would see more perlite grows since some say its a pretty good medium besides soil/dwc/hydro. The perlite has some nutes in it about .04% N 0.01 P2O2 and .06 potash K2O. Any comments/ suggestions welcome. My entire light setup is on my avatar.

im starting out with watering 1/2oz everyday since the perlite dries so fast. I dont want to flood it because it will make the rocks float and make a mess. ive seen some great pics of perlite weed View attachment 2098782so i have confidence this grow will go somewhere.

okay so end of official day 1 for Perlite kush and as you can see shes growing fast!!! it was like 6 hours ago she was coming out of her seed and still forming and not even kidding i come in 6 hours later shes fully opened, she actually grew crooked because i didnt expect her to form so quick so i left the light kinda not exactly over her. But now i moved the light directly over her and i will keep updating. Thoughts comments chuck em at me

This is good bagseed so id guess photo. It was good kush so it very well could of been a auto i guess we will have to wait and see haha. Its on 12/12 so she shouldn't get too tall but hopefully bushy

Nice man excited to see how it grows because I have a bag perlite sitting around the Miracle Grow kind. Whats the brown stuff under your perlite?

hey dude, just a little bit of soil i put around the roots since the perlite has nutes in it i didnt want it burned early, but later it shouldnt get burned as easy since theres very low amounts of nutes in it.
