Yeah, that could work too. It just makes more sense (to me anyway) to clear up growing space and exhaust the hottest air out of the cab by having the filter up high.
I hear ya. I ran my exhaust out the bottom with the filter high because of stealth issues. Im using a dresser so it was the best way to keep the exhaust hidden.
