my full real name appears on my posts

When I signed up I thought id be directed to a page where I could put a user name instead of my full real name. I wasn't and now find that it comes up on every post. Are you mad? Who on earth wants to advertise their activities in such a way. Don't feel I can post for fear of publicly
incriminating m myself. How does one contact the moderators?

name.jpgit says this is the name that will be shown with your messages...meaning this is the username people will see you as...

we never ask for peoples real names only their desired username

Ta for the suggestions. Unfortunately I only got a phone no pc and signed up via my Google+ account as thought it was easier,now the site recognises my device. With ref to the trolling accusation , I thought I was raising a valid point that if you register via Google+ this will happen. After reading numerous threads I thought I could give to and get a lot from the site which is why I drew you're attention to "my problem" wish I hadn't bothered now and definitely wouldn't have if I thought I was gonna be slated for doing so.

as the only mod who posted i defiantly didnt "slate" you i gave you a reason to why it happened but it cant be changed it even states so underneth, however you can create a new account and this one will just die.
but its up to you. i agree no one wouldve noticed if you didnt point out it was your real name.
however you know it is, and that isnt a fun feeling so i feel you

that Google+ shit is the fucking devil, for real. to unhook them from your Youtube is craziness, if you even can.

shit can your Google, use another server for your new email, and start your e-life over. perhaps use encryption. walk away from this account and disappear like Houdini. its easy.
